While application requirements might differ from program to program, everyone must fill out our general CGU application form. Please read carefully all of the components within the Online and Paper Application options below:
This application is part of the ApplyYourself Application Network. You will receive a PIN and Password so that you can return to work on your application over several sessions. Your information is transmitted through a secured server and is kept confidential until you submit your application. Only after you submit your application will it be available for review by our admissions staff.

All required documents should be postmarked by the priority date outlined in the section above—whether you are uploading online or physically mailing them. Depending on your program of choice, this list of required documents might differ slightly:
Please read the following notes about mailing in required documents after applying online:
- You do not need to mail us a paper application or a print-out of the online application you just filled out or copies of documents that were already submitted online.
- It is preferred that all supporting materials are received in one large envelope but not required.
- Include your full name and return address on the top left corner of the envelope.
- Please mark your envelope like this:
