Student Services Business Hours
Effective Tuesday, September 4, 2012, the Office of Student Affairs is adopting new business hours in an effort to provide increased availability and access to a greater number of our student population. New business hours are dependent upon the time of the year and defined as follows.
During the Weeks When Classes Are in Session
During All Other Weeks of the YearStudent Affairs extended business hours do not apply to the following weeks of the Academic Calendar.
During these weeks, Student Affairs business hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. For the 2012-13 academic year, these reduced business hours apply to the following periods.
Available Services During Extended HoursUntil Student Affairs is able to assess the demand for service during extended hours, some Student Affairs Services may not always be fully available after 5:00 pm. Documentation and requests for follow-up, however, will be accepted at the Student Affairs reception counter. To verify availability of a particular service or to make an appointment during the extended hours, please contact the appropriate office before 5:00 pm.
