OIT provides the Microsoft Exchange email system for faculty, staff and students to support academic and personal communication requirements. The standard format for a CGU email address is "email@example.com".
OIT provides wireless networking for those who wish to use their laptops while on campus. Note: If you are having problems connecting to the wireless network in the Library, please contact the Library staff for assistance.
These ACB rooms provide space for group work that requires the use of technology. Students who wish to reserve a room should contact the Student Lab Attendant in ACB 118. Faculty and Staff can reserve rooms by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
The DLL is a collaboration between the Student Success Center and the Office of Information Technology that offers learning opportunities to help you understand and master technology tools that will support the work you do and develop your academic and professional knowledge and skills. Similar to the Writing Center, the DLL offers workshops and one to one consulting appointments.
Sakai is CGU's learning management system. It provides web space for faculty to distribute class resources, conduct online class activities, and facilitate collaboration. CGU is currently moving to a new learning management system - Canvas.
