Center for Academic & Faculty Excellence

The Center for Academic & Faculty Excellence program offers a Certificate in College Teaching that recognizes your progress through a rigorous program to acquire pedagogical knowledge and develop your skills and capacities to excel as an educator in post-secondary settings.

You also develop a robust portfolio that will serve you well in your job search and beyond as you move through your career.

The certificate is offered free to the CGU community. CGU students, faculty, alumni, and staff interested in receiving the CAFE certificate may register for the program here.

We are currently developing processes to enable non-CGU participants to participate as fee-paying students. If you would like to get more information about the CAFE Certificate in College Teaching, please contact cafe@cgu.edu for more information.
