Claremont Graduate University’s 98th Commencement Ceremony

Saturday, May 17, 2025, 9:00 am (Pacific Daylight Time)

Claremont Graduate University is happy to announce CGU’s 98th annual commencement ceremony.

The theme for this year’s ceremony is Harnessing AI for Transformative Change and Justice. This theme highlights how we can translate artificial intelligence (AI) from a disruptive force to a transcendent one. Across this theme, we realize the transformational capacities, the necessary human integration, and the ethical lenses through which we must co-evolve with AI. (And, yes, AI assisted with the wording for the theme.)
