The Evaluator’s Institute Expands Leadership Team
Claremont Graduate University (CGU) is pleased to announce the expansion of The Evaluators’ Institute’s (TEI) leadership team. This expansion is a response to TEI’s continued growth and development over the past two years.
Stewart Donaldson, the executive director of CGU’s Claremont Evaluation Center—which serves as TEI’s home—will step into the role of TEI director. He will work closely with Beeta Tahmassebi, director of strategic initiatives for TEI partner EnCompass, who will continue overseeing the day-to-day operations and financial management of the program as director of operations. Donaldson and Tahmassebi will be supported by Westat Vice President Debra J. Rugg, who will continue her role as TEI associate director of faculty affairs; EnCompass CEO/CGO Tessie Catsambas will assume the new role of associate director for outreach and development; and CGU Associate Professor of Evaluation and Applied Methods Tarek Azzam will serve as the new associate director of student affairs. Alexandra Fernandez Jefferson will continue to support TEI as a project manager responsible for coordination and logistics.
The TEI team will continue to work with faculty and board members to ensure that the institute provide the very best in evaluation training and capacity-building services.
TEI offers top-tier training in evaluation for beginning, mid-career, and advanced evaluation professionals. The institute aims to strengthen evaluations across the globe by providing high-quality evaluation training to individuals and organizations.
