CGU Ranked as a Top 20 Small Employer in the State

Claremont Graduate University has been recognized as one of the top 20 best small employers in California and one of the nation’s best small college workplaces, according to Forbes.

Forbes began with an initial pool of 10,000 businesses and narrowed its final list to the 300 with the highest scores. It considered factors such as employee satisfaction, work-life balance, and opportunities for growth and development.

“We are thrilled to receive this recognition from Forbes,” said CGU President Len Jessup. “It is a testament to the collaborative and supportive culture we have cultivated at CGU. We believe that a strong work environment not only benefits our employees but also contributes to our students’ success.”

Jessup thanked the campus community.
