Gabriela Krupa (she/her) is the Director of Enrollment Marketing at Claremont Graduate University, overseeing admissions, recruitment, outreach, and marketing strategy. In this role, her and her team have been pivotal in driving a 40% increase in enrollment through data-driven strategies and personalized outreach initiatives. Previously as Associate Director, she led the development of the high-performing Events & Outreach Team, which achieved a 5-year high in admissions event registrations, attendance, and show rates. Gabriela leverages data to provide resources & tools for the team to support students, drive yield, build community and corporate partnerships, and enhance recruitment efforts. Her team is also responsible for admissions outreach and delivering an exceptional visitor experience.
Gabriela’s career at CGU began as an Admissions and Events Coordinator, and she has since contributed to various committees focused on student experience, diversity, equity, inclusion, and doctoral success. Prior to CGU, she gained valuable experience in pharmaceutical sales, internal customer service for Oliver Peoples/Luxottica Group, and as an inventory control analyst for Zimmer Biomet.
As an alumna of the University of La Verne, Gabriela also served as a student ambassador and events co-chair for the Office of Undergraduate Admission. She remains passionate about supporting low-income students through her volunteer work with nonprofit organizations that assist with college applications. Gabriela holds a master’s degree in education and is committed to innovation, empowerment, and promoting women in STEM.
