Jay Prag has been teaching at the Drucker School of Management since 1986. He has also taught at Harvey Mudd College, Pomona College, and Claremont McKenna College. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of LINC Housing, a nonprofit low-income housing developer in Long Beach. He is the author of Macroeconomic Essentials and Microeconomic Essentials (both from MIT Press), Financial Management for Executives (Cambridge Business Press), the forthcoming Covid University: Business Lessons from a Pandemic (World Scientific Press), and several other book chapters and journal articles.
Jay has won numerous teaching awards during his years at The Claremont Colleges. He currently serves as the coordinator for the PhD program, the academic director of the master’s in finance program, and the academic co-director of the Arts Management program at the Drucker School. He previously served as academic director for the Executive MBA and the Financial Engineering programs at the Drucker School.
